As an osteopath I really appreciate Saul’s focus and enjoyment of movement. There’s so much in what he does to promote health and protective against Injury. There a lot of balance and floor work ever lots of variations each class. He also cares. He checks in with people during and after class. He’s also makes an effort remembering names and he sets good variations that fit at any fitness level. He sets a very inclusive and welcoming environment.

Pilates has been transformational for me! After many ups and downs with sciatica pain for the last 2 years, Pilates has improved my life significantly! I’m pretty much pain free, much stronger and able to enjoy all the physical activity I like without having to constantly run back to the physio. It has been amazing, I felt improvement since the very first class!

Since going to Saul’s Pilates classes I am more flexible and feel stronger physically and psychologically. Monday nights are fun and I look forward to a bit of banter with the other men there. I’ve always suffered from pain in my lower back and I think Pilates has been very beneficial.

…encourages us to challenge ourselves and always has several levels of effort that we can apply to an exercise if we wish. He is always happy to share his knowledge around injuries and suitable rehabilitation exercises. A very friendly and welcoming class atmosphere!

Saul is a great motivator and teacher. Don't be fooled by his sense of humour and easy going nature - he delivers a well prepared and thought out class that targets all areas of the body and he makes you WORK! It's great to feel so invigorated and alive at the end of each class on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend!

… how invigorating it is to be moving freely and building strength again. I like it that the emphasis is on moving your body in whatever way you can, rather than on the pursuit of perfection. These classes will work for everyone at whatever level you're at.

Quite possibly the best pilates class I’ve ever attended.
