Pilates Classes

Your participation

By taking part in a Pilates class, you understand and agree that you are responsible for your own body and where appropriate have been cleared by your health care professional to attend class (for instance, post-surgery or acute injury or other medical condition).  You also agree not to perform any exercises or movements that cause you pain and by attending a class you confirm that you are fit and able to take part. It is your responsibility to let the instructor know before the class if anything affects your ability to exercise that day. Your participation and movement choices are entirely voluntary and we will guide you to make good decisions in each exercise.
