We apply current evidence-based clinical and best-practice exercise guidelines to the original Pilates exercises to strengthen, stretch, and release tension whilst also improving mental wellbeing and sleep quality. Back pain, shoulder and neck pain, hip & knee mobility are all improved with regular Pilates.
